test page icons don't work with Tundra

Description

Many of the icons used in test pages (the white "plus" icon in particular) don't work with Tundra, leading to visual confusion. Use different icons in test pages, make the test icons more colorful in genera.

(In [13746]) adding some green button images which i created for use in test pages. They look much better in Tundra. Refs #6767

Rolled back and redone in [13804].

I'm closing this ticket although we can still reference it if we decide to change other icons.
