dojox.widget.Calendar incrementing months twice

Description
When the "next month" and "previous month" arrows on the calendar, it moves two months instead of one.
Also, an additional CSS change is required to explicitly set the padding on the tables when using the nihilo theme, as it makes the padding to large, and some of the dates are not visible.
