Editor doesn't resize correctly inside layout widgets

Description
When Editor is put into container layout widgets, it won't resize. I'm attaching a test with an editor in a BorderContainer? with a splitter to show this behavior. Also, the toolbar of the editor is static at the top of the container instead of following the split.
