See mail.html demo, then click "Options" button. The arrow on the combobox is too far to the left.
Fails on FF3/mac and FF3/win, but works on FF2/win.
Also fails on i18n.html demo (both spinner and combobox formatting) and themeTester.html modal dialog, and in the font combobox in the Editor (see test_Editor.html. A regression from [12815]
