Could we make it even more specific by creating modules that are namespace/object specific at all? i.e. assigning bugs to ContentPane?, Tree, SortableTable?, etc.

Added components by Module Owner. tickets are automatically assigned to module owner. This is way unfair to bill, so I left Widgets to anonymous. If we need to get more detailed (all the way down to package as Tom suggested) then we can revise later, but thats gonna be a long ass list.
