calendar: no indication of current selection in high contrast mode

Description

When using the calendar, the currently selected date is shown with a different color background. This is not visible in high contrast mode, we need to add a border around the currently selected date (we can't use underline as that is already used for the current date).

fixed with [12405] (my SVN commit had a . after the ticket number so it didn't catch the fixes #5643)
