input widgets (in dialog?) have inconsistent width (IE6, IE7, FF2)

Description

In test_Dialog.html press the "Show Dialog" button. The input widgets have slightly different widths (the Date and Time textbox area a bit too short)

Shows up fine on FF3 and Safari but problem occurs on IE6, IE7, and FF2. I'm not concerned about fixing FF2 but we should fix IE.

Happens in trunk.
