Trac replaces reporter email with 'guest' on new tickets

Dojo's Trac currently (it didn't used to) ignores replacing "guest" with an email address when submitting a new ticket.

So the reporter always becomes guest, and the original person doesn't end up on the email notification, and can't add themselves since editing CC is disabled once the ticket is saved.

eg. this ticket (where i manually added myself to CC first).

This is a result of requiring login to the site. I can't currently thing of any way around this.
