Remove the tabs from LICENSE

Description

There are tabs in the BSD section of the license (dojo/LICENSE).

When viewed with tabs set to 8 characters, then the license exceeds 80 characters.

Please remove the tabs from the license.

I put this as 'major' - as this is a "first impression" issue, which is very important to many people for software adoption.
